Ordering & Subscriptions
When is the deadline for orders?
The deadline for all orders is 5:00 PM every Thursday for delivery the following Monday. We recommend ordering up to two weeks in advance to secure your preferred delivery date.
Can I place an order after the deadline?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate orders once the deadline has passed or a delivery date has reached maximum capacity. If a date is unavailable on the calendar, it means the ordering window for that period has closed.
Do I have to commit to a subscription to purchase meals?
No, a subscription is not required, and you are welcome to make one-time purchases whenever you like. However, we offer flexible subscriptions with added discounts to help you stay consistent on your wellness journey.

- Make sure to have $65 or more in your cart.
- Check out with "Subscribe & Save" meals or "One-time Purchase" meals. You cannot check out with both purchase types in your cart at the same time.

Delivery & Receiving
How are my meals packaged?
Our meals arrive fresh in eco-friendly, microwave-safe kraft paper bowls that are ready to heat and eat. To maintain safety, please move your meals to the refrigerator immediately upon delivery.
What happens if I won’t be home during my delivery time?
Please leave a cooler in a visible spot for our drivers to place your meals and add ice packs to your cart at checkout. This ensures your food stays at a safe temperature (41°F or below) until you arrive home.
Do you offer pickup?
For our initial launch phase, we are offering delivery only to ensure a seamless experience for everyone.

Are your meals freshly prepared or frozen?
Our meals are always prepared and delivered fresh, never frozen, to ensure the highest quality flavor and nutrition. Each meal is fully cooked to a safe internal temperature before it leaves our kitchen.
How do I know if a meal is free from my food allergies or sensitivities?
Our website features convenient search filters so you can easily browse for dairy-free, gluten-free, nut-free, and other specific dietary options. Simply apply these filters on our menu page to find meals that fit your needs.
I don't have diabetes, can I eat these meals too?
Absolutely! Our meals are designed for anyone looking to feel their best, offering a perfect balance of high protein and fiber that provides steady, all-day energy for everyone. These nutrient-dense meals support a healthy, active lifestyle and help you save 3 or more hours a week!
Storage & Preparation
How long do your meals last?
Our meals stay fresh for up to 7 days in the refrigerator; please enjoy or discard them by the "Use By" date on the label. While fresh is best, most non-salad meals can be frozen for up to 1 month, if needed.
How long do the meals need to be heated for?
Specific heating instructions are located on each meal sleeve; simply reheat in the microwave or oven until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. For the best experience, we recommend using a sheet pan or glass bowl when heating in a standard oven.
