Refund policy
At Aleras Table, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our meals. Because our products are fresh, perishable food items, we have the following policy:

No Returns: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of food once it has been delivered.

Order Issues: If you receive an incorrect item, or if there is a quality concern or damage to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at Eat@AlerasTable.com or text 240-808-2253. Please include a photo of the issue so we can make it right.

Refunds/Credits: Valid concerns will be addressed via a replacement meal in your next delivery, a store credit, or a refund to your original payment method, at the discretion of Aleras Table.

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled or modified until our weekly deadline: Thursday at 5:00 PM EST. After this time, all sales are final as ingredients have been sourced and prep has begun.

Missed Deliveries: It is the customer's responsibility to be available to receive the delivery or provide a safe, accessible location for drop-off. We are not responsible for meals that are left out too long, even in a cooler with ice packs, or stolen after a successful delivery.
