Terms of service

By using the Aleras Table website and purchasing our services, you agree to the following:

• Order Deadline: All orders must be placed by Thursday at 5:00 PM EST to be included in the following Monday's delivery.

• Minimum Order: A minimum order of $65 is required for all local delivery orders.

• Delivery Zone: We currently serve a 25-mile radius around Takoma Park, MD. If an order is placed outside this radius, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.

• Food Safety: Our meals are delivered fresh and never frozen. It is the customer's responsibility to refrigerate all meals immediately upon delivery and follow reheating instructions to ensure food safety.

• Allergy Disclaimer: While we offer dietary filters (Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, etc.), our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, wheat, dairy, and soy. We cannot guarantee 100% zero cross-contamination for those with severe allergies.

• Subscriptions: "Subscribe & Save" members receive a discount in exchange for recurring orders. Subscriptions can be paused or canceled anytime before the Thursday 5:00 PM deadline. We reserve the right to cancel any subscriptions that abuse the "Subscribe & Save" program.
